Takumi was born as a ramen only restaurant. The challenge was in capturing the chefs' adventurous style and youthful cooking style.

The japanese food market is saturated with monochromatic, black and white brands, so we decided to change that, and create a vibrant, colorful brand, that speaks to a younger foodie audience, that love trying unconventional ingredients.
